Tai Chi classes
Explore Tai Chi following DVD instruction, providing gentle focus, strength and relaxation. No experience or materials required. Come join the fun on Wednesday mornings at 10:30!
We also have an instructor-led yoga class, Yoga for a Better You , that meets Monday evenings at 5:30 pm.
