Walking Club* – Join the library’s new Walking Club! Check out a pedometer and walk any of the pre-marked routes at the library. Track how much you’ve walked on your personal log and on the chart in the library.
Peddle Machines* – Check out a peddle machine to use while you’re in the library.
Tai Chi and yoga classes
Explore Tai Chi following DVD instruction, providing gentle focus, strength and relaxation. No experience or materials required. Come join the fun on Wednesday mornings at 10:30!
Enjoy the relaxing art of yoga with DVD instruction on Mondays at 5:00 pm at Yoga 4 U. No experience or materials needed.
We also have an instructor-led yoga class, Yoga for a Better You, that meets select Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm.
