Free At Home Exercise Programs

We miss seeing you at Yoga 4 You Mondays, Tai Chi Wednesdays, and Yoga for a Better You Thursdays.  We can’t wait to see you all soon.  Until then, here are a few exercise programs available for free online.

You should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.  If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately.

To help stop the spread of COVID-19, yoga studios and fitness centers are offering free online live workouts and videos. 

305 Fitness: This website offers live workouts and online videos that include dance cardio, toning, and meditation.  305 Fitness also provides family and kid-friendly workouts.  For a list of upcoming live workouts check out the 305 Fitness digital events calendar.  

Yogaworks: This website streams free, live YouTube classes throughout the day.  For a list of upcoming live workouts, check out the Yogaworks schedule.

Facebook Live Sessions:

To access these sessions, you must have a Facebook account.

Blink Fitness: Blink Fitness offers live stream workouts Mondays-Fridays at 8:00 am.  Classes feature high-intensity interval training (HIIT), body weight exercises and stretching.

Planet Fitness: Planet Fitness’  United We Move provides daily 20 minute live at-home workouts for anyone and everyone at 7 pm.  Visitors can participate in the live stream workouts, as well as view videos from past sessions.

Retro Fitness: Retro Fitness presents live cardio workouts Mondays-Fridays at 6:00 pm.
