Enjoy the relaxing art of yoga with DVD instruction on Mondays at 5:00pm.  No experience or materials needed. 





Hip Hop Abs – the library’s newest exercise program – includes exercising to hip hop following an instructional DVD.   Meet at the library on Thursdays at 3:30-4:30 or 6:00-7:00.
