Code Club-Currently Cancelled

Code Club meets every Monday afternoon from 4-5 pm. This club is both self-directed/self-guided and cooperative/social. If you come to code club, you will get to make decisions about what you want to learn and take ownership over your experience — you work on what’s interesting to you. Participants will have the chance to learn (with time) how to build their own fully functioning websites, apps, games, and animations. We will also be receiving robots that our coders will learn how to program!

Experiment, learn, and grow in the areas of computational thinking, problem solving, and computer skills. Have fun with friends and on your own as you work through puzzles and activities and begin building awesome things.

Our library was selected as a recipient of the Code Club in Small & Rural Libraries Grant through IMLS, North Dakota State Library, Linda Braun, Crystle Martin, and Prenda. We are so excited about our weekly code club! Have questions or comments? Please email Stacy at stacy.lane@lib.de.us.
